Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. For orders placed on a weekend or holiday, that window begins on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHOD & COSTS
We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Free shipping is available on orders over $70.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed — we're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.

TRACKING
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, reach out to us at contact@trekoff.co.

ORDER ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error shortly after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@trekoff.co and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, contact us at contact@trekoff.co within 30 days so we can help resolve it.

We currently only ship within the United States.
