Any topical or skincare products we offer are intended for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Before using any topical product, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin. If you experience irritation, a rash, hives, swelling, or any other reaction after using our product, discontinue use and consult a physician.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

5. SHIPPING
Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days and we'll help resolve it as described in our Shipping Policy at https://trekoff.co/policies/shipping-policy.

6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
